When my nephew and his wife received these requested diapers at their baby shower, they were so happy. Now that Malcolm is here, my nephew told me they are amazed at the easy inserts and don’t have to shop every week for diapers. He said they easy to use and not at all like the ones we used on him as a baby 29 years ago.

    Newborn fluff

My order got here really quickly and I even forgot to use the Black Friday code and they gave me the free gift anyways! Very happy with my purchase! We haven’t used the diapers yet but everything we have gotten Grovia previously has been wonderful! I can’t wait for a new baby to put these on!

    Love these

We absolutely love these cloth diapers. They are so easy to use and everything stays contained within them! Our daughter has been using them for a week now and we see no reason to change back to disposable diapers or a different cloth diaper brand. They just got her perfectly.

    Perfect!

I love that I just put it on, snap, and voila! No need to take out inserts. Very absorbant for the first few weeks of life. Looks and fits better than a hybrid shell since the babies are so tiny.

    These are really cute!

I bought these for my grandson. I can't say anything to function because we haven't used them yet, but I've only heard rave reviews! The appear to be extremely well made. I think they would last through many babies being newborn from 6-12 pounds. Rave reviews, feeling them as well made, and they are really cute, sold me on using these exclusively in the newborn period!

Heavy Wetters may have to use the booster

First of all, I am a BIG fan of Grovia! We used their hybrid system with our first son and LOVED them! So naturally, I choose Grovia for our second son's newborn diapers. These worked great until he started peeing more heavily (after about 4 weeks old). I still love how trim they are and the cute colors and patterns, however, I have to keep an eye on them because they will leak if my son has more than one wetting in them. But that is a testament to how absorbent they are because they are fully absorbed when I change him. I plan on using the stay-dry booster with them to get more use out of them.

    Great one use diaper

I have two types of one use diapers, GroVia and Simplex. The Simplex diapers leaked a few times but the GroVia has not. It is very absorbent, soft, and doesn't stain (or at least you cannot see the stains because of the color). The Simplex has much cuter colors but GroVia is a little cheaper and does a better job at containing the mess. I like to use these for the middle-of-the-night changes or for babysitting family members who are unfamiliar with cloth diapers.

    NEW style are great!

Please disregard all the reviews you've read about the old-style Grovia NB AIO (ruffled legs, both cotton and stay dry). The newest style is the only one for sale now. The legs are turned and top-stitched and the whole thing is lined with stay dry fleece. My daughter wore these from a few hours old until ~4mo (14lbs), at which point the absorbency was only sufficient for 1.5hrs. The are super easy to use and beautifully designed. They fit perfectly under NB and 0-3mo clothes while packing in age-appropriate absorbency. This was one of my favorite newborn diapers because it was just so stinkin cute and worked straight out of the dryer -- no tongue or insert to stuff in, no separate cover needed.

    improvement?

I have the older style of this diaper (exactly the same, minus the fleece). They are all cotton, all the way to the edges. They were the perfect NB diaper UNTIL my baby wet, and it wicked out of the leg openings. Cotton is marvelous, however, it does not "stay dry". You will notice that these have sort of a ruffly edge (really cute, yes, but not functional), exposing the cotton inner. So I imagine this new style has solved that problem, therefore making it the perfect NB diaper. If you're hesitant about it not having a snap-down rise, no worries. GroVia did this on purpose, bc the diaper itself has a lower rise. My little guy was 9 lb. at birth, and these diapers still fit him at eight weeks old. I expect we'll be able to use them another couple weeks. Go for it!

    Might be better for girls

DS was able to pee out the top of these so I didn't get much use out of these. I don't feel comfortable positioning his junk but they might have worked alright if he was pointed downwards. He only wore them a couple of times because when I would feed him I would always end up getting peed on. It wasn't an absorbency issue though.
