Diaper Dawgs Cloth Diaper Sprayer Germ Shield and Gusset/Wringing Pad

  • Are you fed up with turning your bathroom into a petri dish every time you spray your baby’s diapers?
Have you become a world-class juggler between using your sprayer and a huge shield?
The Spray Collar gives the best of all worlds…
*MOST SANITARY – Enclosed funnel system contains waste splatter AND prevents airborne germs
*ELIMINATES FRUSTRATION – No assembly required for fast, back-to-back cloth diaper cleaning
*SAVES SPACE – Fits in the palm of your hand with no need to even lift the toilet seat up
*DOES EVERYTHING – holds the diaper, wrings out water, and stretches gussets with the Dawg Pad
Cloth diapers don’t have to be a chore – spend those extra minutes sleeping rather than scrubbing poop off your walls!
Other diaper sprayers agitate toilet water containing INTESTINAL BACTERIA like Shigellosis, staphylococcus, salmonella, klebsiella, and e.coli – that same sprayer agitation also makes toilet bacteria airborne…it’s the light “mist” you feel while spraying. This biohazardous vapor rises out of open-ended shields and lands back on your door knobs, faucets, toothbrush, and onto your baby.
It’s referred to as the “aerosol” effect and has been verified by multiple microbiology studies and even popularized by shows like “Mythbusters” and “Curiosity” with Mike Rowe. Every time a toilet is flushed or pulverized with a diaper sprayer, it releases an aerosol spray of tiny, tainted water droplets or aerosolized fecal coliform bacteria.
The Spray Collar shield wraps around your high-powered sprayer, not your cloth diaper. It becomes a self-washing funnel that allows you to target the affected area, stop the sprayer, then gently drain the contaminated water away into the toilet bowl without encouraging airborne germs.
Never fuss about bathroom space again with our patented shield that fits in the palm of your hand and folds down – no need to assemble it or even lift the toilet seat up to use it.
Choosing the right type of cloth diapers was frustrating enough, choosing the right diaper sprayer shield shouldn’t have to be. Try everyone else out, then see why others call us “seriously amazing!”

  • Instructions:

Place the Spray Collar directly over the area with the majority of the mess. Press the Spray Collar right up against the dirty cloth diaper. Once flush against a surface, there is no means of escape for particulate water, spray, or mist to cause the Aerosol Effect.
Once one area of the diaper is sprayed, take your finger off the diaper sprayer trigger, and lift the Spray Collar off the diaper to gently release collected waste water into the toilet bowl. Continue until everything is rinsed off as desired.
For gussets or messy diapers, use the Dawg Pad to rinse those stubborn areas while still sealing off water escape.
You may encounter a smidge of poo along the rims when done. Simply wipe off with a square of toilet paper or cloth wipe, and spray with a disinfectant. Since the surface area of the Spray Collar is so small…there’s a lot less to clean!
IMPORTANT: The Spray Collar DOES NOT FIT DIY diaper sprayers/qdSpray or the sprayer nozzle shape sold under Purrfect Zone, Modona/Bumworks/Alvababy, SmarterFresh, or the newer Aquaus brands. If you have a branded sprayer that you’re unsure about, please contact the Team@DiaperDawgs.com directly, and we’d be happy to give you a solution to squeal about.
Fits BumGenius, Knickernappies, OsoCozy, Blueberry Flo, Bumkins, Amp

Love it

I love the collar! It works so well to contain splatter. Just need to be careful to have a hard surface to hold the diaper on.

Great Buy!

I love my spray collar, it prevents a messy bathroom when spraying diapers. I like the see through design because I can see exactly what mess I am trying to clean. It is wide enough to fit half of the diaper inside which I find best prevents a mess.

Works Well

I won't say that this prevents any messes at all - at least not for me - but it has drastically reduced the amount of mess I do make while spraying a diaper.

Didn't work for us

Watched the videos, used it on three poopy diapers , and using the various methods in the video resulted in a lot more poop splatter then without out the collar. Poop was on the wall and all over the toilet bowl. Now, we do have very high water pressure in our house being at the beginning of our street main line, and even with the valves turned down and the toilet flushesd to decrease the flow some, the sprayer turbo deflects off the Dawg. During the final attempt the Dawg slipped off my sprayer and fell into the toilet. I really wanted to love this, but I'm done and will move on having tried and lost. The concept and rubber construction seems great, but this did not work for us.

Took some time to figure out the right way

I made a huge mess at first due to not being able to see the stream or the diaper. But after figuring it out it has been great
