Comfort your bottom with comfrey and calendula.
Created by our favorite midwife, Gretchen, for all of her postpartum mamas. I have used this blend after both of my births to cool, soothe, and heal, as have countless other mothers.
Size: 1.5 oz. — contains 5 herb bundles
Directions: Pour 3 cups boiling water over one herb bundle. Cover and steep until cool. Pour into a sterilized squirt or spray bottle. Transfer remaining infusion to a glass jar in the refrigerator for refills. Spritz on your post-birth bottom every time you visit the bathroom.
Ingredients: *Comfrey root, *comfrey leaf, *calendula leaf, *yarrow leaf, *witch hazel leaf, *uva ursi leaf, and *plantain leaf.
