We are slowly trying out cloth diapering, and I really love these for our 12 week old. I am amazed at how absorbent they are (and less bulky than the flour sack towels we tried). Not 100% leak free but much better than disposable diapers!

These are great for overnight layering with a toddler

They prefolds are good, but the covers I bought just don’t fit my chunky girl very well

The best on the market!
I have used my fair share of prefolds. Thirsties is the most absorbent prefold I have ever used! It is easy to fold, they wash up nicely, and they dry quickly! I have about 35 in my stash now!

Perfect pocket stuffer
I purchased these to use in pockets instead of the inserts that came with them. I was using my flats but they got to a point where they weren't absorbent enough anymore. When I added my half flat that I typically use as a booster it was too much for the pockets. So I searched for something that would give me the same absorbency as a flat and a half but without as much bulk...and these were it. Not only do these fit well in the pockets and provide the absorbency I need, but they are softer and more malleable than my flats so they seem to conform to my baby's shape when used in the pockets better than my flats. Some of the stitching is sloppy and some seam edges are coming apart though, so I deducted a star for poor workmanship.

So far so good! Very absorbent.

I love these for overnight or longer time periods. I put a soft liner on top of them (to keep the moisture off the skin) and they work great!

Great Absorbency
I am now CDing my third child, and after my diapers have been in storage for a few years, they were all a bit funky and took some time to get them clean again, EXCEPT these hemp prefolds. Hemp must be forgiving of my lazy diaper washing routine! They do take a bit longer to dry, but it's worth it, in my opinion. The hemp prefolds last all night (12+ hrs) with no leaks. Also, these fit well into gdiapers without being too bulky. I need to add more of these to my stash!

super soakers!
size 2. used with a cover. I love the size of these and wonderful design with the tunnel. I like knowing that things are getting cleaned inside and out and these clean up nice. they are a little chunky looking though. I sundry all our diapers and these do take longer than a regular insert but thats to be expected, and I've never had a problem with them staining. Its handy that you can fan it wider in the front and back to give extra coverage at night.

These are awesome!
I have an 8 month old son that is a very heavy wetter. I have several hemp flats that do wonderful in diapers but I don't always feel like doing the whole folding process required for a flat. I was curious to try hemp prefolds but was put off to the drying time. When I seen these with the tunnel design I knew I had to try them. So glad I did! They are a relatively trim prefold, but hold tons and not even fully prepped yet (I'm impatient...lol). They do still take a bit longer to dry than your average cotton prefold, but that is because they hold more moisture. They still have a satisfactory drying time to me. I will definitely be purchasing more when they come back in stock in my son's size.

wow
Easy-to-use and absorbent. My favorite. Wish I had more than two.

Good
These are very absorbent, but they do stain easily and seem to take longer to dry than my cotton or bamboo prefolds. They are very soft and trim when trifolded in a cover.

Thirsties Duo Hemp Prefold
I bought some of these out of curiosity to see how they compare to the Flip organic inserts. I've used them for 2 weeks now and really like them. They are a little trimmer and softer than the Flips, and after "breaking them in," they seem to be just as absorbent. They have a bit of stretch to them, so I can use them as a traditional prefold on my 24lb 12 month old, as well as trifolding and laying them in a cover. They wash and dry nicely, and so far have remained very soft in spite of my really hard well water. Overall they are a great prefold/trifold insert, and I highly recommend them --especially if you have a frontloader or hard water!

a "must!" hemp prefold
Ok, expensive and a different design, yes; however, totally worth it. A must for any CD collection. When our next little one comes next year, we will only use as a true prefold. Fantastic for an insert or extra layer of protection for older babies. (No more night time problems) They keep getting better and more absorbent the more we use them. Our only mistake was not buying more the first time.

Fantastic Prefold
My 2 year old is mostly potty trained, so we only use diapers at night. She often wakes up dry, but on nights she doesn't, she would soak through any of the cloth options I tried plus various disposable pull ups. One of these (no doubler or anything) even in some of our old PUL covers that aren't entirely waterproof anymore is all we need. I'm stunned, but thrilled with these! They hold a ton, wash easily, fit in various covers well, and are so easy to use.

Go-to night time diaper
I use these at night a lot for my heavy wetter. I either pin them directly on him with an extra cotton prefold trifolded into a cover, or I will trifold these and lay them inside a pocket diaper with one insert. These diapers don't snappi well so buy pins if you're planning on using them with covers.

Love, love, love!
I adore these hemp prefolds! My son is a heavy wetter and finding diapers with adequate absorbency is challenging. We've been using Flip organics trifolded in a cover and they work well. But I thought we'd try these, too. Wow! These are a bit trimmer and are definitely softer. I'd say they're very similar from an absorbency standpoint. I can't wait to get more! I'd highly recommend these for any mama of a heavy wetter!

Very Nice
These are trim and VERY absorbent! I have a very heavy wetter and these will work at night. My only "dislike" is that the hemp is so heavy compared to Bamboo, but it is trimmer.

Impressive. This diaper held amounts of pee that would have pickled baby parts in a cotton prefold. Back for more. Necessary if you're trifolding with a heavy wetter.

Super Absorbent, but a Bit Thick for my Tiny Newbo
I am rating these as 5 stars for super absorbent. They clean really well, and they dry quickly. They are also super soft. My only issue is that I believe they are a bit thick, when folded, for my daughter, who is almost 8 lbs. now, at 7 weeks old. She fits in the thirsties duo wraps, but these prefolds cause her legs to be pushed very far apart, and they're uncomfortable for her now. I think that when she is a bit bigger, this will not be an issue.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PREFOLD EVER!
I absolutely ADORE these. If I could make my entire stash these I would be in heaven. I LOVE them in a pocket for night time, yes NIGHT TIME! I also love them in a cover, especially for nap time. They are the best most absorbent prefolds I have ever tried. I seriously cannot think of one downside to these diapers they are that great and long lasting too!

My favorite prefold
I purchased these for my 18 month old heavy wetter and am very pleased. They have a lot of absorbency and fit well into my BG 4.0, FB, and Kawaii diapers. We use these for naps or on long outings where i know i wont be able to change a diaper for a while. These have never leaked and are a prefold i know i can always rely on. I gave it four stars because they are a little bulkier than i expected once they are trifolded, and they take longer to dry than my other inserts.

Nighttime solution!
I have used thirsties hemp prefolds for nighttime since my baby was born, now over a year old. The tunnel design makes them dry fast, and they are highly absorbent. I pad fold them inside a gnhw pocket for nighttime, and pad fold them in other pockets for daytime. Only occasionally does my baby wake up wet in these, but that's usually after he drank more than usual during the day. My only complaint is that they are a little expensive.

Good diaper
I ordered one of these to try, and so far it works pretty well, although it's thicker than I had expected from hemp. I have been using it at night and not had any problems with it.
